With full 5-axis capability, the cutting head continuously adjusts the jet approach angle to compensate for taper during the cutting process. This enables parts to be produced with parallel edges while maintaining higher cutting speeds.

As a result, cutting speeds can be increased by up to 150% compared with conventional waterjet cutting methods, whilst still achieving the required surface finish.
