Paper Gaskets

Some well-known gasket-sheet grades include Flexoid, Klinger, Novus, Tesnit, Frenzelit and Garlock materials.

For example, Flexoid is the classic brown oil-resistant gasket paper frequently used for automotive, gearbox, pump and general engineering gaskets. It is available in thin gauges and is easy to die-cut.

For something more demanding, modern compressed fibre materials such as Klingersil C-4430 use aramid fibres with an NBR binder and provide considerably better temperature and pressure capability.

 

DuPont™ Nomex® paper available as standalone papers such as Nomex 410 & Nomex 411 and Nomex® .

Flexible insulations Laminates 

Polyester film also know as Pet film (Polyethylene Terephthalate.) Hostaphan, Toray, Melinex, Mylar®.  From glass clear to bright white and from 12 micron to 500 micron.

Electrical Adhesive Tapes to suit most electrical applications. Including but not limited to Adhesive Kapton®, Adhesive glass, Adhesive Nomex® and Adhesive polyester film.
