Hollinbrow Precision Products manufacture your Laminated Shims, also known as peelable shims, in specific materials such as laminated aluminium, laminated brass, laminated stainless steel, laminated steel, laminated titanium & laminated polyimide.
Stainless Laminated Peelable Shims – in layer thicknesses of 0.050mm or 0.075mm
Aluminium Laminated Peelable Shims – in layer thicknesses of 0.050mm or 0.075mm
Brass Laminated Peelable Shims – in layer thicknesses of 0.050mm or 0.075mm
Carbon Mild Steel Laminated Peelable Shims – in layer thicknesses of 0.050mm or 0.075mm

We can lapp, turn, mill and laser cut your partsShim
Our Shim stock starts at 0.005mm thick and goes as high as 3.00mm thick (5 microns to 3000 microns)
You can order just a meter length of shim (ideal for R & D) and have it delivered the next working day if your company is based in Europe. We deliver with 2-3 working days anywhere else in the World.
We also laser cut shim parts manufactured shim to your drawings.We offer a rapid quotation and manufacturing service.
Shim Washers – We are able to supply shim washers, laser cut to customers specification. We can cut more than 60 different thicknesses starting from 0.01mm (0.0004″). Shim washers can be laser cut from Stainless Steel Shim, Carbon Steel Shim, Mild Steel Shim, Brass Shim, Aluminium Shim, Copper Shim and Phosphor Bronze Shim.
